Making An Appointment
I can see clients at various venues throughout Sussex. I accept referrals directly from clients as well as from health and social care professionals. I offer a 30 minute free-of-charge assessment on the telephone to ensure that CBT is suitable for the client before sessions commence.
I do see couples as well as individuals for a small additional charge. I do not accept referrals from people whose primary problem is alcohol or drug addiction or psychosis. I am happy to work with clients who are concurrently receiving medication from a GP or a specialist. Home visits are sometimes possible depending on the nature of the problem and these incur an additional mileage charge.
